ok folks, this is my first recipe for my RESIPI YANG BELUM TENTU MENJADI blog, which i m still finding time to start it...hehehe
..all right...ingredients
margarine 2-3 senduk nasi
sugar secukup rasa say 6--8 sudu kedekut
eggs 3, i used AAA size
vanilla essence 2 bottles
cake flour rose brand about 250g dalam 3 cups gitu but add or minus depends on the consistency of the batter la kan.
powdered milk secawan yang dah dibancuh air.
kismis sebanyak yang dihajati
methods
cream the margarine with the sugar until fluffy
crack the eggs, mix well
pour in the vanilla essence, milk, mix very well please
put in the cake flour, mix again..at this point u see la,if a bit dry pour in more liquid, if a bit watery add more flour.
after a few mins, pour into d cake tin which has been 'smothered' by butter of margarine..
level the mixture with a spatula...sprinkle the raisins as much as u want bebeh...
n put in the oven of 170 deg 30 mins which also depends on ur oven. ops don't forget to preheat yeah..say 10 mins before u put in the cake..
how to know it's all done, insertlah garpu ke, lidi ke, kot kebal, jari ke, if it comes out clean, it means...dah pun masak...
