blogging in

The whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation. Just do it.
Exercise, lose weight, test your blood sugar, or whatever. Do it without motivation.
And then, guess what? After you start doing the thing, that's when the motivation comes
and makes it easy for you to keep on doing it.

no wonder i'm not losing weight...i think too much, analyze too much, motivated er too much....i have d same opinion also, in losing weight we should not, we do not have to think....WE JUST DO IT....hmm macam iklan nike lak kan...anyways....i really need to get in shape...i feel so old. I realized there's no miracle drug to make me feel younger or livelier but exercise and eating appropriately.arghhhhhhhh, i need to get rid the M factor as well...what's M Factor? MALASSSSSSSSSS....OPS just do not think...JUST DO IT...JUST DO IT...JUST DO IT....
